Not much time to update recently ... Bursa Malaysia has still been pretty listless due to the DeepaRaya holidays. ICAP seems to be doing pretty well so far, hit a high of RM1.12 at last check, so will leave that as it stands for the time being.

RECENT PURCHASES are as follows:

GTRONIC: 10,000 (0.275) ... averaged down cost after poor quarterly results due partly to provisions.

METPLEX: 108,000 (0.065) ... decided to increase holdings on expectation of some restructuring headway.

PSCI: 5,000 (0.75) ... testing for restructuring play.

SPOLYMR: 5,000 (1.27), 3,000 (1.29)

JOHPORT: 2,000 (2.19), 2,000 (2.24)

SUNRISE: 10,000 (1.38)

NICORP: 35,000 (0.185) ... yes, decided to jump into NICORP again.

APLI: 5,000 (0.38)... decided to add slightly to holdings ...

RHB: 10,000 (0.695) ... yes, I'm in RHB again.

CAROTEC: 5,000 (0.64)... testing direction of this stock.

MNC: 55,000 (0.26, 0.29, 0.295, 0.31, 0.33, 0.34, 0.35, 0.36)

LATEST DISPOSALS are as follows:

MNC: 5,000 (0.38), 5,000 (0.39)

NICORP: 25,000 (0.205) ... thats the last of my previous NICORP holdings (bfr recent re-purchase of 35,000 shares as shown above)

KANNAL: 15,000 (0.13, 0.125) ... decided to cut loss on portion of holdings.

Also liquidated entire position in REDTONE at RM2.11 and RM2.09 (phew, big losses, but at least problem is off my back ... for time being). Massive slide after recent quarterly announcement. In my opinion it was totally oversold, hitting a low below RM1.70. Will be watching carefully for right time to jump in again, as long-term prospects are still compelling. Right now, hovering around RM1.80... we'll see.
